What happened to ESIC, The Foundation, ERP, EMI?

As of January 1, 2006:

  • ESIC (The Enterprise Social Investment Corporation) became Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.
  • The Enterprise Foundation became Enterprise Community Partners, Inc.
  • ERP (Enterprise Realty Partners) became the Structured Finance division of Enterprise Community Investment.
  • EMI (Enterprise Mortgage Investments) became the Multifamily Mortgage Finance division of Enterprise Community Investment.

As simply "Enterprise," we are coordinating our efforts to better serve our customers, partners and constituents, and address market challenges. Our ultimate goal is to communicate Enterprise's "single source" capabilities for affordable housing and community development.

How do I find out about upcoming trainings or seminars?

Enterprise offers free Online Events (webinars) throughout the year. Access recordings and materials from past sessions in our Online Event Archive.
