Our national lending portfolio totals over $436 million in 15,000 affordable apartments and homes, including 5,000 preservation units.

  • 221(d)(3) and 221(d)(4) / Section 231: Construction and permanent financing for multifamily and seniors housing (Section 231 terms are identical except property can be age restricted for seniors only)
  • 223(f): Refinancing or acquisition of existing multifamily properties
  • 232 and Section 232/223(f): Financing for residential care facilities
USDA Rural Product

Debt for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) transactions.

TEAM 40-Year Amortization Product

Our Targeted Extended Amortization Mortgage, or 40-year amortization product, funds the mortgage when construction is complete, the property is leased-up, and other requirements are satisfied.
