Stephanie Carter Arnold is vice president of Credit at Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.
She screens potential deals involving the syndication of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) for senior management, and reviews all LIHTC equity transactions that go before the company’s Investment Committee. She provides guidance to acquisition staff in the structuring,
underwriting, and risk management of affordable housing investments throughout the country.
Additionally, she is responsible for credit approval and compliance for transactions through closing, manages the third-party review process, and she also develops Enterprise’s LIHTC syndication
policies and procedures, and provides training to staff.
Prior to joining the Credit group, Stephanie was director, investment management, managing the relationships of several of Enterprise’s large, institutional investors in the acquisition of individual LIHTC equity transactions in both proprietary and national funds.
Stephanie joined Enterprise in 2006 after 10 years at PNC Multifamily Capital, where she most recently served as associate vice president for institutional sales and marketing, after performing
several roles of increasing responsibility in acquisitions and underwriting LIHTC investments. She also previously worked as a research assistant for equity investments at Manning and Napier Advisors.
Stephanie is a magna cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport, and is a Series 22 Registered Representative for direct placement investments.
