As vice president for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise), Ms. Cornett spearheads strategic initiatives to grow and expand business.
From 2003-2006, Ms. Cornett oversaw the investment management department, which is responsible for raising capital and managing equity funds for investment through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. From 1999-2003, Ms. Cornett served as director of Enterprise’s investment management department.
Prior to joining Enterprise in 1999, she was senior vice president of America’s Promise, where she headed the corporate development division. Ms. Cornett also served as the first executive director of a start-up Habitat for Humanity affiliate in Virginia. In 1996, she was appointed a White House Fellow, working with the Secretary of the Small Business Administration.
Ms. Cornett is a graduate of Hood College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in organization development. |
