As vice president of Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise), Ms. Landrus oversees Enterprise's asset management national field operations. Ms. Landrus and her staff are responsible for managing and monitoring a portfolio of more than 1,500 properties financed using the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).
Ms. Landrus joined Enterprise in 1996 as an asset manager, and has held progressively more responsible positions in her 10-year career at Enterprise. In 2005 she was promoted to vice president, western region, and in late 2007 assumed responsibility for a 45-member staff located throughout New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Portland, Ore. and Columbia, Md.
Prior to joining Enterprise, Ms. Landrus worked for a large regional property management company, specializing in the management of LIHTC properties.
Ms. Landrus has spoken at numerous housing conferences on a variety of asset management topics. Her areas of expertise include nonprofit asset management, maintenance oversight, farm worker and Native American housing management oversight, and basic and advanced LIHTC compliance.
