As senior vice president of Enterprise Homes, Inc., Ms. Madigan brings more than 20 years of real estate development, investment, and finance expertise to provide overall leadership to the organization's development staff. In addition to supervising and monitoring multiple complex developments, Ms. Madigan assists in strategic planning and identifying future business opportunities for the company.
Prior to joining Enterprise in 2001, Ms. Madigan was an assistant vice president for Metlife Real Estate Investments and managed its Washington, D.C. office. In this capacity, she oversaw the company's mid-Atlantic commercial and residential real estate portfolio and supervised asset management functions including leasing, sales, financing, budgeting, and strategic planning for properties in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.
Ms. Madigan began her career as the director of the Diocesan Social Concerns Agency, in Charlotte, N.C. where she organized social action programs to address domestic and international policy issues.
A graduate of the Yale School of Management, Ms. Madigan holds a master's degree in business administration. She earned her bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University. |
