As senior vice president for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise), Mr. Moore oversees the development and implementation of syndication’s efforts to originate, analyze, structure and acquire Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments throughout the United States for Enterprise’s national and regional funds. He manages staff resources and marketing outreach to development partners to achieve company production targets.
From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Moore served as the regional vice president for the eastern United States operations, where he managed Enterprise’s efforts to acquire LIHTC developments
and place equity in the eastern United States. In this role, he oversaw the acquisition of an investment portfolio of more than $500 million and guided staff in New York City and Columbia,
Md.
Mr. Moore has spent more than 30 years in the commercial and residential real estate industry and has extensive experience in finance, asset management, leasing and marketing. Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Moore spent more than 13 years with Boston Capital Corporation, most recently as vice president-acquisition, where he co-directed all LIHTC acquisition transactions in the United States.
Mr. Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Denver.
