As vice president, fund management for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise), Mr. Ostrye is
responsible for managing Enterprise’s portfolio of low-income housing tax credit equity funds to ensure objectives of maximizing investment return, accurate and timely investor reporting, revenue forecasting
and reporting, and cash management.
Mr. Ostrye has over 20 years of experience in the financial and accounting fields. He joined Enterprise
in 1995 and served as assistant divisional director, partnership accounting. He was promoted to controller,
partnership accounting, and played a key role in the department’s functional restructure toward
fund analysis, project financial and tax reporting, and partnership accounting.
Prior to joining Enterprise, Mr. Ostrye was the controller and treasurer of a regional real estate appraisal company. He has also performed audit and tax services in public accounting.
Mr. Ostrye holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Clemson University in South Carolina
and is a certified public accountant. |
