As director for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise), Ms. Pate
manages key developer relationships in the northwest states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Alaska.
She is responsible for business development, acquisition, underwriting, and closing of low-income housing and historic tax credit transactions.
Ms. Pate brings more than 10 years of affordable housing experience including appraisal, market analysis
and underwriting to the development officer position. Prior to joining Enterprise in 2006,
she worked for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC), managing the
Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) allocation program. Her experience with WSHFC included
underwriting LIHTC developments as well as overall program and policy development.
Prior to WSHFC, Ms. Pate worked for PGP, Inc., a real estate analysis firm, and specialized in providing
appraisal and market study services for rent-restricted multifamily projects.
She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Humboldt State University in northern California, and did additional graduate work in urban geography at the University of Washington. |
