As vice president for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise), Mr. Porter originates
investments in 17 midwestern and southern states. As an officer of the company, he works closely with his team of four to underwrite and close investments on time according to his commitment.
With this team approach, Enterprise’ service is consistent and reliable.
Mr. Porter has been involved in housing management, development and finance since
1992. Before joining Enterprise in 2001, Mr. Porter developed and managed affordable housing with Woodland Associates, Inc. in North Carolina. Previously, he underwrote HOME loans with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. He also managed market-rate housing with Oxford Management Company in California.
Mr. Porter has a BA from Stanford University, and holds both Master of Regional
Planning and MBA degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Porter is a National Association of Home Builders designated Housing Credit Certified Professional, and is a member of Urban Land Institute. |
