As vice president for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.
(Enterprise), Ms. Ryan leads new business development for Enterprise’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity product, and manages several key LIHTC investor relationships for the company. She joined Enterprise
in 2002 and was promoted to director in 2004.
Prior to joining Enterprise, Ms. Ryan was the director of development for the Fiver Foundation. Fiver
was a newly created nonprofit organization established to help underprivileged New York City children by providing year-round programs, including summer camp and school-year mentoring.
Prior to Fiver Foundation, Ms. Ryan worked in the real estate capital markets group of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. As senior investment analyst, she analyzed Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) for unsecured debt investments. Ms. Ryan’s career also includes positions in real estate finance at Bank of New York and Merrill Lynch.
Ms. Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Fairfield University, Fairfield, Conn., and a Master of Business Administration degree from Fordham University, New York, N.Y.
