As director for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise), Mr. Smith manages key developer relationships in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina for the syndication
department’s mid-Atlantic/Southeast Team.
Mr. Smith analyzes, evaluates, and bids on affordable multifamily rental housing investment opportunities.
He presents investment proposals to Enterprise’s Investment Committee and coordinates
transaction closings. These transactions include family, elderly, HOPE VI, special needs and scattered-site projects.
From 1996-2001, Mr. Smith worked as a chemical engineer, where he implemented capital improvement
projects
in a production facility.
Mr. Smith received a masters of business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill in 2003. He also holds a bachelor of science in engineering from Michigan State University. |
