As vice president for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise), Mr. Williams oversees Enterprise’s construction monitoring and construction project performance groups. The construction monitoring group manages all equity payments and inspections made to projects in construction. The group also provides construction-related expertise to other departments within the company. Managing the project performance group, Mr. Williams works with a team of professionals to identify and solve problems for projects at risk during construction. Mr. Williams also serves on Enterprise’s Investment Committee reviewing new projects for the company, provides oversight for the structured finance asset management team, and provides consulting services to other Enterprise subsidiaries and affiliates.
Mr. Williams brings more than 35 years of experience in real estate development, acquisition, sale and financing covering retail, office, industrial and housing projects across the country. Prior to joining Enterprise in 2003, he was director of acquisition and disposition for The Rouse Company in Columbia, Md., where he was responsible for acquisition and disposition of the company's retail, office and industrial properties on a nationwide basis. In that capacity he oversaw and closed over $5 billion in transactions.
Mr. Williams holds an A.B. degree cum laude and Juris Doctor degree from Harvard University.
