As vice president for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise) , Ms. Wilson is responsible for providing technical oversight on the complex financial structuring of projects in Enterprise's national equity funds. She also provides tax credit expertise to Enterprise’s partnership accounting department.
Prior to joining Enterprise in 1995 as a fund manager for the Midwest region, Ms. Wilson was a tax principal with the accounting firm of Reznick Fedder & Silverman. In this role, she assisted clients in structuring low-income housing transactions and meeting the various technical and compliance requirements inherent in low-income housing. Prior to that, she was a tax manager at the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand.
Ms. Wilson is a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and holds a master's degree in Legal & Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore.
