As senior vice president of Enterprise Homes, Inc., Mr. Zeiger supervises a staff of development professionals who manage the development and construction of multi-million dollar rental and home ownership, mixed-finance and mixed-use projects in the mid-Atlantic area. The portfolio of projects currently in predevelopment or under construction has a total development value of $400 million. These projects are funded by a wide variety of private and public sources.
Mr. Zeiger has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, finance and management in both the private and public sectors. He has structured, negotiated, obtained financing for, and managed the development of multi-phase, mixed-use commercial and residential developments in the U.S. and the U.K. Prior to joining Enterprise Homes, Mr. Zeiger served as the development manager for Winchester Commercial, a subsidiary of the Weyerhaeuser Corp., as the general manager of the shopping center division of the Cordish Company, and as the property development advisor to the Scottish Development Agency in Glasgow, Scotland. Mr. Zeiger also served as the deputy director of the Urban Development Action Grant Program at HUD and as an English teacher in the Baltimore City Public Schools System.
Mr. Zeiger received a master's degree from Towson University. He has been a guest speaker at the national conventions of the National Association of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Zeiger is a member of the boards of directors of Associated Jewish Charities and Catholic Charities affiliates, Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, Mount Saint Joseph High School, and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Advisors of the Johns Hopkins Tutorial Project. |
