From our debt and equity products to our development expertise and technical training, Enterprise provides solutions to development challenges. Leveraging our financial products and development know-how, our goal is to continue to seek new opportunities to meet the needs of our partners and ultimately, help entire communities grow and prosper.

In 2007, we focused our efforts on three strategic priorities: Green Communities, preservation of affordable housing stock, and housing combined with supportive services.
