Enterprise employees are committed to our mission of helping people and communities, and enjoy working in a collaborative, respectful environment. Though we work in cities from coast to coast, our work connects us every day, and events like staff meetings, fundraisers and grand openings bring us together many times a year.

Providing Opportunities for Growth

Enterprise offers internal staff resources and training for management and community development, plus Learn @ Enterprise online sessions on topics like wellness and retirement planning.

A Culture of Giving Back

Through our James W. Rouse Day of Service, staff volunteer at community centers, parks, elementary schools, homeless facilities and more. We also give back to our communities through an annual campaign for the United Way (last year Enterprise raised more than $90,000) and through American Red Cross blood drives.

We are Enterprise. Our family includes Enterprise Community Partners, Inc, a national Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides expertise for affordable housing and sustainable communities. Financing for affordable housing is offered through our tax-exempt subsidiary, Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Inc., and our for-profit subsidiary, Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. Housing development is offered through Enterprise Community Investment's subsidiary, Enterprise Homes, Inc. The content on this website reflects information about all of these entities.
