Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC)

Enterprise has raised and financed over $7 billion in capital for the creation of nearly 2,000 affordable housing developments through LIHTC.

New Markets Tax Credits

As a top recipient of New Markets Tax Credits, Enterprise has financed a variety of developments—including retail, office, industrial, a community center, theatre and schools—that have a catalytic impact on communities.
Enterprise has a combined $672 million allocation in 49 mixed-use projects in 20 states and Washington, D.C.
