Enterprise Hosts Free Tax Credit Seminar
As a service to our partners, Enterprise Community Investment is pleased to offer a one-day tax credit seminar on December 1, 2006, in Columbia, Md. The session counts for 8 hours of Continuing Professional Education credits.
Topics will include LIHTC updates, IRC Section 704(b), Year 15 dispositions, Tax Credit 101. We strongly recommend that your accountant attend if they are new to the project or if you are filing first year low-income housing or historic tax credits.
