The former Kingsley Park Apartments site at the corner of Old Eastern Avenue and Back River Neck Road, in Essex, Md., is going to be redeveloped into an attractive 17-acre community of for-sale homes and rental apartments for seniors. Look forward to ample open space and an extension of Renaissance Park. Enterprise Homes, an experienced developer of high quality neighborhoods throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, is leading the redevelopment team. When complete, almost 200 households will call this new neighborhood home.
We need a name for this community that will reflect its future, and we invite you to help with the renaming. Please tell us what you think would be an appropriate name and why. Your nomination may reflect something in the history of this area of Essex-Middle River or may simply be a name you think will attract new homeowners and seniors to this new neighborhood.
