In the Baltimore-Washington region, Class B and C apartments comprise approximately 60 percent of the total rental stock. Vacancy rates in this segment remain in the low single digits, demonstrating strong demand. However, many of these properties are in need of renovation. Enterprise Homes acquires, upgrades and closely manages apartment properties to help serve this significant part of the market.

Enterprise Homes has demonstrated expertise in all aspects of residential development and produced more than 5,000 homes, including renovations of hundreds of multi-family apartments throughout the region.

We are purchasing, refinancing, rehabilitating and repositioning Class B/C properties to a Class B+/B level in the following regions:

Central Maryland
Washington, D.C.
Northern Virginia
Southern Pennsylvania
