Spring Terrace Austin, Texas Formerly an extended-stay hotel, Spring Terrace was renovated to provide 140 efficiency apartments, each with a private bath and kitchenette, as well as community areas and green spaces. Case managers help residents access public services such as employment services, health care, and counseling. |

Carter Woods Phase II Richmond, Virginia Carter Woods is an affordable rental community in Eastern Henrico County just outside of Richmond. Constructed to EarthCraft Multi-Family Standards, it adds 72 one- and two-bedroom apartments for senior citizens to the 80 units completed in Phase I. |

Randolph Place Richmond, Virginia A moderate rehabilitation of an existing, occupied senior housing complex located in an historic school building in Richmond, Va. which is featured on the National Register of Historic Places. |

Roanoke-Lee Street Project Blacksburg, Virginia Community Housing Partners (CHP), a nonprofit community development corporation, completed construction in 2006 of the Roanoke-Lee Street Project. The project includes 14 duplex homes in the town’s historic Roanoke-Lee Street neighborhood. This development has four building designs, with nine two-bedrooms and five three-bedrooms. |

The Atonatl Condominiums Washington, D.C. This is a renovation of an existing, four-story building on a 4,750 square feet lot in the historic Mount Pleasant neighborhood. The building has two commercial spaces, leaving the remaining space as the residential portion. |

Broadway Crossing Seattle, Washington Home to 44 affordable apartments in Seattle’s historic Capitol Hill neighborhood, Broadway Crossing was not part of the original plan for the corner of Broadway and East Pine Street. |

Denny Park Seattle, Washington Denny Park Apartments is the new construction of 50 units of affordable housing serving families in the South Lake Union area of Seattle. Rental units will include studios and one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. |

High Point Seattle, Washington High Point consists of 320 newly built homeownership units and 459 rental units in West Seattle. Three hundred and forty-four of the rental units are syndicated with low-income housing tax credits. These one- to five-bedroom units are contained in 127 buildings. |

Highline MHC Townhomes Seattle, Washington This project includes two 4,296 square-foot buildings, each containing three four-bedroom, two-bath units, as well as a 640 square-foot common area building. It was designed to provide comfortable townhouse-style homes for mentally-ill residents. A wide range of amenities, including 24-hour emergency health care, are provided. |

Laurel Village Bellingham, Washington This project involves the construction of 51 housing units on the site of an old railroad roundhouse and repair shop on a bluff overlooking Bellingham Bay. It will include 24 one-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom apartments in three buildings with underground parking. |
