Approximately 80 percent of homeless people with disabilities who are given the opportunity to move into supportive housing stay for a year or more, and many who leave progress to independent settings.

Enterprise has financed nearly 30,000 supportive homes with investments of over $1.7 billion. We also pioneered the financing of supportive housing through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit.
