Connecting Communities to Vital Services and Programs

Enterprise helps nearly 45,000 low-income people each year to find safe, healthy affordable homes in vibrant communities, with connections to education, health care, jobs and vital services.

Contributions enable Enterprise to develop and deliver critically needed programs to local developers of affordable housing so they can serve more people and do so more effectively. Contributions also help Enterprise shape federal, state and local policies and encourage public-private partnerships to help the growing numbers of individuals and families struggling to find an affordable place to call home.

In 2010, 84 percent of every dollar donated was spent to support our charitable purpose. And for every dollar donated to Enterprise, we leveraged $60 of investment in safe, healthy and affordable housing and strong communities.
