Green Grant Program
Enterprise's Green Grant program provides energy-efficiency upgrades free of charge to low-income homeowners who qualify.This programs is for unincorporated areas of East Los Angeles, Belvedere, City Terrace or Eastmont Brought to you by Community Development Block Grant funds allocated to the First Supervisorial District.
Program Objectives
The goal of the program is to help low-income homeowners make their homes green and energy-efficient at no cost. Homeowners of all financial means are concerned with the environment, but some may not have the economic means to make expensive changes. Through this grant program, you may be eligible to for the free installation of the following improvements, if your family meets specific economic criteria set forth by the Federal government and your house is in shape for the upgrades:- Free solar photovoltaic panels (depending on the feasibility of your roof)
- Free insulation and gas valve shut off
- Free tankless water heater or solar hot water heater
- Live in unincorporated areas of East Los Angeles, Belvedere, City Terrace or Eastmont
- Own a single-family home
- Have an annual income below 80% of the average median income as listed below:
